Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Can I change my subscription order? (as part of our cancellation Policy)

A. For Subscriptions, if you wish to cancel or change your order please email us immediately on JerseyPlantsOnline@gmail.com. All subscriptions are for a minimum of three months. 

Q. Can I change address of subscription delivery after placing the order?

A. Yes not a problem, just email us ASAP at JerseyPlantsOnline@gmail.com.

 

Q. What about refunds?

A. By signing up to our subscription you are committing to an ongoing payment scheme with JerseyPlantsOnline.je (previously BargainPlants.je). If you are not happy with your purchase when the item has been delivered please contact us immediately (within 24 hours). We can offer a replacement only if the plant or item is damaged. We will not process a refund. The damaged item will need to be returned to us before any replacement can be made, where an assessment will be made of the product.

Q. When are subscriptions delivered?

A.Our subscriptions are delivered on the first week of the month. Your first delivery will arrive the first week of the following month, with a welcome letter sent out immediately.  

Q. If I am not home will my subscription order still be delivered?

A. Like the postal service, If we can not deliver in a safe place ie: shed/porch then we will pop a note in a letter box stating that we have tried. Please contact us to make alternative arrangements. If you have a special delivery area? please email us direct with those details and we will take note.

Q. Can I still order one-off plants like I used to be able to with Bargainplants.je? 

A. If you are looking to order bulk orders or one-off purchases for larger plants, please contact us and we can see what we can do.

 

Q. What are your office hours?

A. Office hours? What are those?  We are an online based business so please feel free to contact us via email at any point and we will endeavour to return an email a.s.a.p. 

Q. For event hire - do you setup the plants or do I?

A. All prices include collection and delivery of our plants to a secure venue for you to setup as you wish. If you would like us to setup and decorate the venue for you, just let us know and we will include this in our quote for you. 

Q. Is your website secure?

A.Yes, all communications with the secure order form is securely encrypted and all payments are process by Paypal. We do not store any payment details ourselves and will never pass any of your customer details to a third party. (please note in our T&C)

Q. Where do the plants come from?

A. All of our plants are brought in from our Holland based supplier, who subsequently purchases from all over Europe the Far East and Africa.

A.This is an online store - we do not have a public office for you to visit, however for info our home address is Moss Cottage, La Neuve Route, Trinity, Jersey Channel Islands, JE3 5DE
